About Us
A space where solo dancers can discover, research and grow together.
It is my mission to create the best online school and space for learning solo dance to jazz music out there… Simply that! I believe that by sharing my love, knowledge and passion for dancing, and motivating others to do it, I can make a difference to people’s lives as it once happened for me.
Connected Through Dance
More than a “static” lesson library, I wanted this school to be a living, breathing place, where others can learn together, interact with each other, ask me questions and feel connected to a community.
Growing Together
Playfulness and innovation are the core principles of everything I do. I am always learning new ways to express myself through movement, and I want to share those ideas to you too.

Our mission
It is my mission to create the best online school and space for solo dance out there… Simply that! I believe that by sharing my love and passion for dancing, and motivating others to do it, I can make a difference to people’s lives as it once happened for me.
That’s why in 2015 I created my online school “Secrets of Solo”, a space where solo dancers can discover, research and grow together, and where I can share everything I have developed and learned over 22 years of professional dance experience.
Since the beginning it has always been clear that performance arts, dance and music, was the path for me. Dancing is life expressed through the body, it connects me continuously to the present moment, and is like a moving mediation.
Through dance we can share and learn something about ourselves as well. Who we are and how we connect to the world. With this love and connection comes a drive and desire to share this feeling with others.
I have spent the past 12 years travelling the world and have taught at over hundreds of International dance festivals. Through this experience I have refined my teaching to be as clear, and concise as possible.
Pretty soon it became clear that people wanted more of this content after I left the weekend. So I began my journey in creating this online school. I wanted to gather all the material and knowledge I have, store it in one place and share it globally. Year after year I develop and release a new course. I know that for many people travelling or having access to great local teachers isn’t possible, and so an online school was born!
More than a “static” lesson library, I wanted this school to be a living, breathing place, where others can learn together, interact with each other, ask me questions and feel connected to a community. I know people need personal guidance with e- learning to help recognize bad habits or incorrect movement that can hinder your learning.
For this reason, I created Jam Circle, a place for people to communicate, discuss and receive feedback. With individual guidance and direct feedback on your dancing, learning dance online can be even more effective than in a live class. Here you can choose the lesson for your level now, slow down every video, and repeat those challenging movements as much as you need.
Playfulness and innovation are the core principles of everything I do. I meet so many great dancers on my path and am always learning new ways to express myself through movement. I want to share those ideas and bring those masters to you too. That’s why I find the very best educators in the genres of dance I find inspirational and bring them to Secrets of Solo.
So far I am humbled by the amount of people who have come to learn at the school. This has allowed me to continue to release new courses each year, and expand the school to amazing new places I could never have imagined when starting.
I am happy you’ve gotten this far, and hope you will be interested to join, and grow as a dancer alongside me.
