World of Arms vol 4: Circles & Upper Heads

In this volume we are going to explore upper heads and circles. Both concepts are coming from the waacking dance style. Upper heads allow us to create diverse arm movement over the head, while circles are all about rotation of arms. We will work on set choreographies to perfect the shapes and dynamic movement that we can create with these concepts.
