Practice 7: Caress the Arms

Now that we understand the concept of the intention we put into the hands using words, we will stop talking out-loud, we will let the gestures, the arm dance speak for us. You can keep the narrative inside of you. Its not necessary to follow the music, follow the mood or dance responding to the beat. Use the music as a background for your free improvisation. Focus on what you want to explain with your arms, where you want people to follow you and look. Hands are very attractive. Imagine someone is reading your arms dance as if its a text. Do it following Aina as an inspiration.
