Lesson 9: “Speaking” Gesture

The exercise we will play with is talking and using hands at the same time. We add a gesture to the words. The gesture does not have to be exactly like in real life. It is more a metaphor, an expression, association. We are transforming the worlds into movement. As if we are talking with hands. Movement is your sentence, movement is your word. We will talk and add movement to the talk. Later we silence the talk and let the arms dance with this charge of expression. Look at Aina's example and then try yourself in practice.
