Lesson 1: lines
We start the course with one powerful and simple shape of arms - lines. Lines are basis of many moves and forms that you'll later create with your arms. When we train lines the most important is to check where the elbow is. Elbow sets the direction for your arm. To practice lines we recommend to look in the mirror, you'll then see if you have a straight line or not. We will work on a simple exercise of 7 directions with one hand, then both. Work with mirror. Check that your shoulders are down, neck is rested and chest is open.
