Welcome to World of Arms

Welcome to the world of arms! This course is taught by Barcelona based dancer and choreographer Aina Lanas. The course is built on different concepts of arm work coming from contemporary dance, vogue, waacking and Aina's personal dance improvisation research to give you inspiration for developing your dance.

Many of the lessons and practices are built around free improvisation so that you can move freely depending on the place you are at in dance while still exploring the concepts. Its easy to get hypnotised by Aina’s dance, though its best you put into practice everything she talks about.
