Lesson 3: Slo-mo
Now we switch to the quality of dynamics. Depending on our intention of the message, dance we can use dynamics to express ourselves. First dynamic is slo-mo. Slo-mo is when we do the movement with slowed down speed. If you think you are too slow, probably you are not. So be slow :) Have patience and dive into the path of the move to explore it to the full. There is no muscle tension for slo-mo. We just need to feel the air supporting us from the floor.
