Lesson 5: Speed
The last dynamic we will open is speed. We will call it movement "as fast as you can". The focus is the speed and not the movement you do. We do not stop. We go as fast as we can in all directions around us. We occupy 360 degrees around us. A trick to do it is release and especially release the scapula. If you tense your muscles you will find it really hard to gain speed. Experiment volume (little - big) and directions.
