Practice 5: Speed
You can watch the video once to learn with your eyes and get ideas of the movement. Then play again and go for it together with Aina. In this practice we go as fast as we can in all directions around us. It's a free improvisation. We occupy 360 degrees around us. A trick to do it is release and especially release the scapula. If you tense your muscles you will find it really hard to gain speed. Experiment volume (little - big) and directions.
